"The journey is the reward..."
A continually updated collection of artwork from my journey around the world with Formula One. Through the last decade working with sponsors and most teams on the grid, showing at every circuit on the calendar and with British Embassies and art galleries in F1 cities - bringing all of those individual projects together in one place. My self styled role is to celebrate F1 as a whole, both current day and in re-creating the history of F1, so for that to have now come full circle being commissioned directly by McLaren, by Lewis as his parting gift for Mercedes, and to celebrate F1’s major milestone for them and to partner with F1 Arcade and F1 Hubs globally… is more than a bit ridiculous even from this side. I’m just a fan celebrating the sport as I see it. Over the last 20 years I’ve painted most of the sports icons - F1 continually creates its own story, I'm just here to celebrate it, the passion, the pain, the wins and the losses – the power of emotion that truly drives everything we do as humans. Original oil paintings tend to sell immediately but most have a limited edition created too. Listed here below are those artworks which have some availability remaining in one of the limited edition formats. What is an embellished canvas edition? I specialise in hand embellished canvas editions, a medium that I have constantly refined to reach this point and a technique that I’m pretty sure is unique to me. I can only paint originals so fast because I travel so much only 10-12 a year right now, but these canvas editions limited to 50 of each slot in perfectly as their own tier for collectors. I use the same tools as when creating the original oil painting, picking out and re-painting the details with really thick texture on top of a limited edition giclee canvas, so that every one is unique and it’s almost an original painting again. Indeed most viewers will assume it is an original painting… unless you sat the actual original next to it. By default these are created in two scales, one kinda 41”/110cm, and the other 23”/55cm (including a chunky black wooden frame) and cropped square like those in the header image here, to hang either individually, or arranged together. And yes, I do paint these canvas editions myself, I embellish several together when I first hit the studio in the day to wake my brain up creatively, like jogging to warm up for a sprint. For original oil painting enquiries please ping me an email in case there may be one available on a gallery wall somewhere, otherwise commissioned new paintings are possible too, given time to create. I try to answer everything personally that I should do, which can mean a short delay when I’m working overseas with F1, but I still get to emails most days.

Kimi Forza!
Hand embellished, Limited Edition, Framed Canvas. Kimi Antonelli winning his home race at the Temple of Speed in Monza, was one of my personal highlights in my time working with F1. Just a mind blowing atmosphere, an instantly iconic helmet too, and immediately evident what I needed to be painting as soon as I got home.

Lando Golden Tears
Hand embellished, Limited Edition, Framed Canvas, depicting Lando as he stood emotional on top of his car, as he sealed his first world title Abu Dhabi 2025. His flouro race helmet I swapped out for the championship celebratory gold version that he wore the following day's tyre test. I live embellished editions of this artwork in McLaren Paddock Club's around the world in 2026.

Lando – First Win Miami
Hand embellished, Limited Edition, Framed Canvas. An emotional pressure relieving first race win in Miami. I was live painting at the circuit with McLaren at this exact moment, the only other Brit in the room aside from team members, I was being congratulated like it was my brother or something... and immediately clear what I would be painting as soon as I got back to the studio.

Lewis - now in red
Sold Out - Artist’s Edition
Hand embellished, Limited Edition, Framed Canvas. A tongue in cheek 'now in red' portrait, which I nervously unveiled at Silverstone that summer when Lewis had signed for Ferrari but still driving for Mercedes, and in the BRDC Clubhouse where I knew Lewis had a private party early race week. He was seen viewing it with a wry smile, which to me is perfect.

Lewis Hamilton 2017 title celebration
Hand embellished, Limited Edition, Framed Canvas. A moment that happened right in front of my eyes in Mexico City, as I guessed exactly where Lewis would stop the car in front of Paddock Club. It was immediately obvious to me what I would be painting the second I got home... I even painted the background first after the night flight, only hen went to bed. The reason why I do 'this'.

Lewis Hamilton Mexico 17 Car
Hand embellished, Limited Edition, Framed Canvas. Mexico 2017, where Lewis didn't podium but clinched the title - and the first title celebration that I saw unfurling right in front of me, when I was live painting in Foro Sol at the circuit. Core memory cemented, and exemplifying exactly why I do this.

Lewis – Silverstone 2024
Hand embellished, Limited Edition, Framed Canvas. Lewis Silverstone 2024 win was emotional for the fans, and for the driver, his first win since the devastation of Abu Dhabi 2021, and against the run of form. Following this win Lewis commissioned an artwork from me to celebrate, and as a thank you parting gift to Mercedes for 6 world titles.

Mansell Red 5
Hand embellished, Limited Edition, Framed Canvas. Created for Silverstone 2025, as I was sharing a race week event with Nigel. Celebrating the first British world champion in 16 years which in 1992 was a big moment cementing my love of the sport, and the start of an ongoing project together for his UK tour, to fundraise for UK Youth.

Senna 1985 portrait
Hand embellished, Limited Edition, Framed Canvas. The year and the reason that I first ever got into F1 - Senna in 1985. The black and gold Lotus, yellow helmet on top, just looked so awesome to 10yr old me. Little did I appreciate at the time the icon I was witnessing, or where celebrating him in artwork would later lead my life... just ridiculous.

Senna last win Adelaide 93
Hand embellished, Limited Edition, Framed Canvas. Possibly my favourite car artwork so far, celebrating Ayrton's last race win, Adelaide 1993. The original oil painting is 8ft wide, commissioned by the new renowned Concours Club i Miami. A moment which I have also celebrated in sculpture, based up 3D scans of these very tyres at McLaren.

Union Lewis - Abu Dhabi 2014
Hand embellished, Limited Edition, Framed Canvas. The title celebration for Lewis' second world title, the first of 6 for Mercedes, Abu Dhabi 2014. It took a while, but through social media I found the legends who provided this flag for the marshal, who gave the flag to Lewis, and they each have a print. Just love things coming full circle.
