OJAM with JLS

With MJ (who didnt like the flash) and Aston from JLS – his new owner! Wow. What a night!

Seriously spaced out right now after an incredible evening at the 300 guest OJAM fundraiser with JLS and Cancer Research UK in London. Home at 3.30am, then up to take the babysitter to work 6.30am hasn't helped spacedness ha. Even in all of the celeb splattered events I’ve been privileged to be part of, I’ve never been in a room like that.

Says a lot for the JLS boys tbh, who openly I know little about, to have so many great people supporting their cause. Just off the top of my head, those I recognised eyeballing the Jacko piece I was painting; Tinchy Stryder, an in character Keith Lemon, jaw dropping Kelly Brook, Danny Cipriani, very generous Rupert Everett, blond kicking pussycat doll, Danny Dyer, Reggie Yates, Gary Barlow, David Haye, gymnast Louis Smith, some of Team Button I met in Monaco…. plus quite a few who obviously were ‘somebody’ ha, and sooo many great conversations with interesting and positive people.

The one who liked what I was doing most though, JLS’s Aston, who won the auction for MJ! Couldnt go to a better home, and a top lad too. The evening raised a pretty massive £1m for Cancer Research rounded off by a donation to that figure by Rupert Everett, fair play. Gary Barlow belting out Take That classics from a few feet away for such a small audience was a bit of a shake your head moment… even if its not really ‘my thing’. Nice one guys – hope to have opportunity to work with you again in the future!
