In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at studio@pauloz.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Lead time depends a little on my workload and travel schedule, but for most limited editions are created to order, and are typically 3-4 weeks to delivery. If you have an urgent requirement, please do ask, we will always do our outmost to meet a deadline. Lead time for an original oil painting is usually circa 3-4 months.
Shipping is with DHL express, which should automatically provide you with a tracking number as soon as it is collected from us, through which you can reschedule delivery. We will keep an eye on it this side also, for the rare occasion that it does gets stuck.
We have found DHL to be the most reliable handlers, ship out internationally every day of the week, and our packaging is usually faultless. Limited editions are shipped in cardboard cases, original oil paintings are in hard flight cases. Of course the main point is that the artwork should be received in the condition in which you expect – rest assured that in the very rare occasion that something is not quite right, either Ashley or myself will personally rectify.

Payment is preferred either with direct bank transfer, or through the card link provided with our chosen processor 'Stripe'. Klarna or Paypal are also accepted. Please do not hesitate to ask with any questions or concerns.
For limited editions, payment is appreciated in full at point of order.
For commissioned original oil paintings, 50% is appreciated upfront to confirm and schedule in, with the balance due upon completion.
